• 26 years experience coaching: gymnastics, cheer squads, and stunts
• Began performing trampoline and tumbling shows at age 11
• 2-year captain of N.E.M.C.C., Booneville, Ms Cheer Squad
• Universal Cheerleader Association instructor teaching camps in: Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and Ohio
• Coached K.I.P.S championship gymnastic team in Hattiesburg, MS
• Head Cheer Coach at N.E.M.C.C. (1st trophy winning co-ed squad)
• 4 year stunt coordinator and performer for the world famous Bud Light Daredevils: an acrobatic basketball slam-dunk team performing at halftime at professional and college basketball games; performed and toured in 22 countries and over 400 cities throughout the united states
• Featured on national televisions shows: David Letterman, Good Morning America, That’s Incredible!, George Michael’s Sports Machine, an HBO special, and a 1/2 hour ESPN special entitled “The Making of a Bud Light Daredevil.”
• Represented the United States at the ’88 World Expo in Brisbane, Australia performing as the main attraction.
• Head Cheer Coach and Power tumbling Coach at Memphis Centre of Gymnastics and Let it shine Gymnastics in Nashville, TN
• 3-Year personal cheer coach for the Franklin Road Academy Regional Championship Squad
• Worked with College Cheer Squads: Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Alabama, Louisville, Memphis
• Owner/Coach of Lancaster’s Training Center which produces an average of 6 college scholarships per year.
• Founded and Head Coach of Lancaster’s Cheer Force All-Star program which has won 2 U.C.A. National titles
